You can manage your subscription packages after purchasing them. You can see your package's detailed information from your account. You can also download the invoice of your transaction.

How to cancel the subscription packages:

You can cancel your subscription package whenever you want. If you cancel your subscription package, the subscription package will not be renewed after expiring the date. You can also restart or update your package after canceling the current panel. To cancel the subscription package, you can follow the steps below:

• Log in to the video hosting site (After purchasing a package)
• Go to the " My plan" option from the left menu.
• Click on the "Cancel plan" button to cancel your active plan.

You have successfully canceled the subscription package. The subscription package will be completely stopped after expiring the package date.

How to renew the subscription package:

You can renew your subscription package after canceling them. You can easily renew any subscription package we have offered from your application. For this, you can follow the steps below:

• Log in to the application as an admin.
• Go to the "Settings" option from the left menu.
• Select the "Academy cloud" option from the sub-menu.
• Click on the "Extend storage" button on the right side of the "Academy cloud" option.
• Select a package from the package list.
• Click on the "Subscribe" button from the selected package.
• Choose an available payment gateway and click on it.
• Click on the "Submit" button.
• Provide the required information to complete the payment process.

Your package has been renewed. Your subscription will update automatically after renewing the package.
